Taking care of oneself relieves stress as well! We often stop looking after our own interests and seek time to do things we like. Take some break from work to rejuvenate yourself. Do you enjoy being outside? Take a brief stroll or go for a ride. Do you want to relax in the comfort of your own home? Take a nice nap or lose yourself in reading or movies. Stress is also relieved by spending time with loved ones. Maintaining a healthy relationship and having a decent support system are also important.
