Weekly Yoga Classes

Yoga is the only art form that allows you to merge and unite your physical experience with your mental, emotional and spiritual experience. This is why Yoga is the only practice that has lasted through thousands of years. When everything is aligned within your very being, you will immediately experience your life and existence beautifully without any form of pain and stress. 

At Happy Days Collective, we offer two types of weekly yoga classes that are solely intended to guide you through this practice on a consistent basis. Both classes offer a very different experience and yet both are necessary to help you improve your inner state of wellbeing and increase the experience of positive emotions such as happiness, peace and life satisfaction.

Energize & Flow

Energize your body and mind during the weekends with our vinyasa style yoga flow where you move from one pose to the next syncing your breath with your body. This class is great for beginners and the pace of the class will be adjusted to suit your body’s needs.

When: Every Saturday & Sunday

Time: 10:30am to 11:30am

Relax & Restore

Relax and unwind with our slow paced restorative yoga class encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation. With the use of chromotherapy techniques using coloured lights to help balance the imbalances in the energy body.

When: Every Monday, Thursday & Friday

Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation and a practice of Pratyahara (sensual withdrawal) that enables you to scan your body and tap into a calm state of awareness while your mind relaxes in a point between waking and sleep.

When: Every Monday

Time: 8pm to 9pm
