Yoga Basics (4 weeks program)

Yoga has proved time and time again of its numerous physical and mental health benefits that are associated with its practice. However, this is only so if the practice is done correctly. Most who are beginners to this practice do have the desire to start, but may not know where and how to begin this ancient millenia-old practice.

Our 4 week yoga basics program is here to guide you through the very core of yoga foundations. Moving from the physical level and moving to its deeper inner level, you will be able to start your yoga journey right!

  1. You will understand each basic posture in an in-depth level
  2. You will be able to connect your breath with your movement in the rightful way, allowing you to reap the ultimate benefits of yoga practice. 
  3. You will also be able to have your own self-practice sessions at home at your own pace, without needing guidance as you become your own guide towards inner exploration.
